What We Believe

β€œThe beauty of anti-racism is that you don't have to pretend to be free of racism to be an anti-racist. Anti-racism is the commitment to fight racism wherever you find it, including in yourself. And it's the only way forward.” -Ijeoma Oluo

1.

RELATIONSHIPS MATTER

Trusting relationships are the foundation for honest conversations about race and equity, We help our clients build meaningful connections with their staff and stakeholders that enable real change to happen.

2.

PEOPLE CAN SOLVE THEIR OWN PROBLEMS

We believe those most impacted by inequities are experts on their own lives. We help our clients develop strategies to ensure communities that have been historically marginalized not only have a seat at the table but have their voices at the forefront of the conversation.

3.

WE MUST WORK ACROSS SYSTEMS

To dismantle systems of oppression in any organization we must become aware of the individual, institutional and structural ways bias, inequity and racism are perpetuated. We help our clients build the skills and mindsets that enable them to recognize these systems of inequity both inside and outside of their organization, disrupt them, and rebuild anti-racist systems designed intentionally for equity.
